Thanks for coming to my site! Living a healthy and happy lifestyle is about finding balance between eating to fuel our bodies and to uphold our traditions. My passion is helping others achieve this balance!

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Founder of Island RDN.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Georgia and a Master of Health Science in Nutrition from Georgia State University.

I completed my Dietetic Internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital in CT.
