Sweet and Spicy Maple Roasted Cauliflower

Roasting vegetables is my favorite and THE BEST way to eat cauliflower in my opinion. If you have been on the fence about cauliflower, check out this recipe or try roasting it. I promise you will not be disappointing!

6 Ingredient Sweet & Spicy Sauce

I sometimes get into a rut and cook my vegetables the same way, so for this recipe I wanted to mix it up but keep it simple. I made this after a long holiday weekend when our fridge was scarce and I did not feel like cooking. The sauce only require 6 ingredients. Feel free to delete or add any other spice you have on hand.

Ready to Roast!

The prep is fast, but sometime the wait to cook can be hard. Trust me, it’s worth it. I like to throw the cauliflower in the oven and take a shower or do some house work while it roasts. Then it’s ready in what feels like no time!

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
